Job Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager to join our dynamic Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) in a fully remote capacity. This pivotal role involves leading, orchestrating, and successfully delivering complex corporate projects valued at over $5 million. You will engage with a diverse range of 15-50 stakeholder groups across various organizational work streams, employing Agile methodologies to achieve impactful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategically plan and manage large-scale Waterfall or Agile projects by overseeing key program increments, milestones, scope, costs, resources, and risks.
- Collaborate with stakeholders during essential meetings to ensure successful project execution and delivery.
- Take charge of project financial oversight, managing timelines and critical payment schedules, while proactively reporting on project status and fulfilling analytical requests.
- Spearhead vendor selection and procurement efforts in conjunction with the program manager, developing resource and operational plans to guarantee project success.
- Create crucial documentation, present comprehensive business cases, and generate necessary reports while facilitating effective funding discussions and project initiation ceremonies.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's Degree in Health Informatics, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or an additional 4 years of pertinent work experience in lieu of a degree, along with the required experience.
Preferred Certifications
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
- SAFe Scrum Master Certification.

- Strong financial management capabilities, including adeptness in project financials, profit and loss, and budget adherence.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey ideas clearly.

Compensation And Benefits
- Salary Range: \(96,192 - \)191,048, commensurate with qualifications and experience.
